Grace Communities, DNA's, Alpha, & More...
We believe in the power of biblical togetherness; knowing and being known so that we can love, serve, and challenge each other in the truth of the Gospel.
We all know well what Nick Carraway in F. Scott Fitzgerald's 'Great Gatsby' meant when he said, "At the enchanted metropolitan twilight I felt a haunting loneliness sometimes, and felt it in others...". With the throngs of people in constant motion we can all too often feel very alone and left to fend for ourselves. At Grace, however, we don't believe this is God's ideal for our lives. We believe that God created us for relationship in order to better know God and ourselves. It's within community that we can experience God's love, grace, and acceptance in the midst of our own strengths and weaknesses.
Community happens at many different levels at Grace. It happens on Sunday mornings as well as lunches throughout the week. It happens with both kids and adults alike. It happens through life's joys and pains. In our Grace Communities that gather during the week you can connect with others as they live out their faith within their daily New York lives. Our DNA Groups are smaller groups of 3 to 4 men or women who get together to dive deeper into the word of God and faith. Additionally, we have Alpha. If you're new to faith or wanting to explore what faith in Jesus is about, Alpha is a great place to start.
If you're wanting to connect wth others in NYC there's a place for you at Grace.
